A newly established real estate development company in Al-Ahsa is seeking a committed and capable Site Engineer / Project Coordinator. As our first technical hire, you will play a pivotal role in managing residential construction projects, supervising on-site execution, and handling project planning, budgeting, and reporting.

This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape the company from the ground up.

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

• Strong English reading and writing skills (required for reporting and coordination)

• Valid Saudi driving license

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work locally

 Preferred Experience

• Experience working on villa complex or residential development projects in Saudi Arabia

• Knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and project delivery methods

• Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and risk control

 Responsibilities

 Site Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site

• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Coordinate contractors and suppliers to maintain schedules

• Document and report progress through daily/weekly updates

 Project Management

• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking

• Assist with quantity surveying, cost control, and budget management

• Identify project risks and report delays or challenges

• Help manage procurement and resource allocation

 Technical & Admin Support

• Prepare and manage technical documents, reports, and permits

• Track materials, labor usage, and subcontractor performance

• Assist with communication, documentation, and office tasks until the team expands

 Salary & Benefits

• Full monthly package: SAR 6,000 – 7,000 (includes housing, transport, and allowances)
